Last year after a day-long visit with my 95 year old mom, I said goodbye. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that "goodbye" would extend until we meet again someday. In December, I received a lovely engraved ceramic ornament with my mother's name. This heartfelt gift brought tears to my eyes! I was literally quite choked up when I called to thank the giver.
